Cancellations:
Reservations for travel from July 01, 2019 to August 17, 2019 / January 5, 2020 to April 04, 2020 / July 12, 2020 to August 15, 2020 - Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival without penalty. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival and no arrivals, guests will be charged 2 (two) nights penalty.
Reservations for travel from December 22, 2019 to January 04, 2020 / April 05, 2020 to April 18, 2020 / December 20, 2020 to January 09, 2021 - Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival without penalty. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival and no arrivals, guests will be charged for the entire stay as apenalty.
Reservations for travel from August 18, 2019 to December 21, 2019 / April 19, 2020 to July 11, 2020 / August 16, 2020 to December 19, 2020 - Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival without penalty. For cancellations within 2 days of arrival and no arrivals, guests will be charged 1 (one) night penalty.
Cancellations due to any circumstances (including weather, flight delays or cancellation, sickness, etc) made less than 15 days (30 days in case of rental of 3 rooms or more, or high season) prior to arrival date, as well as early departures, are NON REFUNDABLE and guests will be charged for the full amount due including applicable taxes. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

If you are not one of the guests who will be staying at the hotel, you must contact the hotel, for help with the charge authorization process. In case of not presenting the same card at the check-in, the payment will be requested again.
Any deposit paid between 20th of December until 10th of January is non-refundable.
Any damages to the rooms or property will be promptly assessed and charged to the credit card of record, at the discretion of the management.
